REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - FEASIBILITY STUDY AND DETAILED ARCHITECTURE DESIGN FOR BEDCO SEBABOLENG ESTATE

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites Proposals from eligible consulting firms with relevant experience and expertise to provide the following consulting services: Consultancy services for a feasibility study and detailed architecture design for BEDCO Sebaboleng Estate.

Sealed proposals in hard copies marked (i) “Tender Submission for Sebaboleng Estate Feasibility Study”  (ii) “Tender Submission for Sebaboleng Detailed Design”  must be submitted on or before 8th March 2024, at 12:00hrs, at BEDCO Sebaboleng, Maseru in a tender box located at the reception area, or submitted electronically as soft copies at the following email address: feasibilitydesign@bedco.org.ls . Opening of the tenders will be on the same date at 12:15 hrs at BEDCO Conference Hall, Sebaboleng, Maseru.

A detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and Submission Instructions document is available from the 12th February 2024 at a non-refundable fee of M1000.00 at BEDCO Sebaboleng payable at BEDCO Accounts office or by EFT: Bank Name: First National Bank, Account Name: The Basotho Enterprise Development Corporation, Account Number: 62483985803, Account Type: Commercial Cheque Account, Branch Name: Pioneer, Branch Code: 280061, Swift Code: FIRNLSMX.  Proof of payment should be emailed to feasibilitydesign@bedco.org.ls  in order to receive the TOR document.

A mandatory site visit to the Sebaboleng Estate located at Sebaboleng Maseru next to Puma Garage will be on the 19th February 2024 at 10:00am. Prospective tenderers must assemble at BEDCO Conference Hall, at BEDCO offices Sebaboleng before 10:00am.
