REQUEST FOR REGISTRATION AS AN APPROVED SUPPLIER ON THE
SUPPLIERS DATABASE 2025/2026
BEDCO would like to invite suppliers who are interested in doing business with the
Corporation to register on its suppliers’ database for the year 2025/2026.
We specifically request suppliers and service providers and in the following categories:

Completed Application Registration Forms should be submitted at the following BEDCO offices around the country during working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday:

Please note that the following mandatory documents must be submitted PHYSICALLY together with the registration form on or before 14th November 2025. Incomplete registration forms or registration forms submitted without mandatory documents will be rejected/disqualified.

Valid Tax clearance certificate

VAT Registration Certificate (If registered for VAT)

Business profile.

Three (3) recent references from organizations they have served within the past 12 months. Each reference should include:

Name of the organization
-
Contact person’s name and position
-
Contact details (email and/or phone number)
-
Brief description of goods/services provided
