REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - FUNDS MOBILISATION FOR BEDCO SEBABOLENG ESTATE REDEVELOPMENT

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites Proposals from eligible consulting firms with relevant experience and expertise to provide the consulting services for Funds Mobilisation for BEDCO Sebaboleng Estate Redevelopment.

Sealed proposals in hard copies marked (i) “Tender Submission for “ Funds Mobilisation for Sebaboleng Estate Redevelopment” must be submitted on or before 20th June 2025 at 12:00hrs, at BEDCO Sebaboleng, Maseru in a tender box located at the reception area, or submitted electronically as soft copies at the following email address: fundsmobilisation@bedco.org.ls . Opening of the tenders will be on the same date at 12:15 hrs at BEDCO Conference Hall, Sebaboleng, Maseru.

A detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and Submission Instructions document is available from the 26th May 2025 at a non-refundable fee of M2 000.00 at BEDCO Sebaboleng payable at BEDCO Accounts office or by EFT: Bank Name: First National Bank, Account Name: The Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation, Account Number: 62483985803, Account Type: Commercial Cheque Account, Branch Name: Pioneer, Branch Code: 280061, Swift Code: FIRNLSMX. Proof of payment should be emailed to fundsmobilisation@bedco.org.ls in order to receive the TOR document.

A mandatory Pre bid and Site visit meeting will be at Sebaboleng Estate located at Sebaboleng Maseru next to Puma Garage will be on the 30th May 2025 at 10:00am.

All correspondence or requests for clarity or additional information must be communicated in writing to the Procurement Manager at the following email address: fundsmobilisation@bedco.org.ls or call +266 58500153 during working hours (8am – 5pm Monday to Friday) or email.
