The official Application Registration Form to be completed in full by prospective service providers can collected at BEDCO offices indicated below, and at following BEDCO online platforms:

Completed Application Registration Forms should be submitted at the following BEDCO offices around the country during working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday:

Maseru (Sebaboleng)

Please note that the following mandatory documents must be submitted PHYSICALLY together with the registration form on or before 14th November 2025. Incomplete registration forms or registration forms submitted without mandatory documents will be rejected/disqualified.

Valid Traders license
Valid Tax clearance certificate
VAT Registration Certificate (If registered for VAT)
Business profile.
Three (3) recent references from organizations they have served within the past 12 months. Each reference should include:

Name of the organization
Contact person’s name and position
Contact details (email and/or phone number)
Brief description of goods/services provided
