INVITATION TO APPLY FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF B Dev Property (Pty) Ltd.

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation invites applications from interested and suitably qualified persons to serve as Non-Executive Directors of one of its newly formed subsidiary company, B Dev Property (Pty) Ltd.

B Dev Property (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary company established with the aim of managing BEDCO property. To fulfil the objectives of the company, there’s a need to obtain a mixed set of competencies, experiences and skills to strengthen and further enhance the delivery of the overall functions of the Board.

Requirements:

The potential candidates must be persons who are suitable to serve on the Board by virtue of their qualifications, expertise and experience in any of the following fields:

• Property Development and Management, Real Estate Management, Finance and Investment Strategies and Structural Engineering.

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management role in their area of expertise.

• A comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV) providing the following information: Full name, latest physical and postal addresses, contact numbers and email address, previous experience quoting dates and organizations concerned and academic qualifications.

• Copy of identity document and copies of qualifications.

Further considerations:

Preference will be given to candidates whose appointment will enhance the diversity of skills of the Board.
