REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - DEVELOPMENT OF LAND IN SEMONKONG HA LESALA.

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation invites interested Property Developers to express their interest in development of an 18991 square meter land in Semonkong Ha Lesala on the way to Maletsunyane waterfall in partnership with BEDCO.

BEDCO is seeking dynamic and visionary developers who are passionate about creating distinctive and sustainable developments that will leave lasting impact. We encourage forward thinking concepts that prioritize environmental sustainability, community engagement and financial sustainability.

All companies that wish to participate in the process are required to submit all required documents. (A detailed document relating to the Expression of Interest will be available at a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00 from the Procurement Office from 7th May 2024). The information provided will be used to assess the company’s suitability to qualify for the next stage of proposals.

Interested developers are invited to attend a mandatory site visit on 16th May 2024 at 11:00hrs in Semonkong Ha Lesala at own cost.

The responses must be submitted in sealed envelope (I original and five copies) at BEDCO Sebaboleng, Maseru in a tender box located at the reception area or submitted by email at the following address: semonkongdevelopment@bedco.org.ls

 

The deadline for submission of expression of interest is on Thursday 6th June 2024 on or before 12pm.
