REQUEST FOR REGISTRATION AS AN APPROVED SUPPLIER ON THE SUPPLIERS DATABASE 2025/2026

BEDCO would like to invite suppliers who are interested in doing business with the

Corporation to register on its suppliers’ database for the year 2025/2026.

We specifically request suppliers and service providers and in the following categories:

1. Accommodation facilities

2. Advertising agencies

3. Billboards and outdoor media

4. Building contractors

5. Carpenters

6. Catering services

7. Cleaning services

8. Conference facilities

9. Corporate branding suppliers

10. Decoration

11. DJ and PA system hiring

12. Electricians (Approved by LEC and registered with Ministry of Works)

13. Fumigation and pest control Service

14. Graphic Designers

15. ICT and peripherals Supplies

16. MC services

17. Mobile toilets

18. Photography/videography

19. Plumbers

20. Social media influencers

21. Stage

22. Trailers

23. Transport (7-seater, 15-seater, 22-seater, truck, and Buses)

The official Application Registration Form to be completed in full by prospective service providers can collected at BEDCO offices indicated below, and at the end of this post.

Completed Application Registration Forms should be submitted at the following BEDCO offices around the country during working hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday:

• Mafeteng,

• Hlotse,

• Qacha`s Nek and

• Maseru (Sebaboleng)

Please note that the following mandatory documents must be submitted PHYSICALLY together with the registration form on or before 14th November 2025. Incomplete registration forms or registration forms submitted without mandatory documents will be rejected/disqualified.

1. Valid Traders license

2. Valid Tax clearance certificate

3. VAT Registration Certificate (If registered for VAT)

4. Business profile.

5. Three (3) recent references from organizations they have served within the past 12 months. Each reference should include:

6. Name of the organization

7. Contact person’s name and position

8. Contact details (email and/or phone number)

9. Brief description of goods/services provided
