REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT BEDCO ESTATES

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites submission of Quotations from reputable and experienced firms /agencies for providing 24hrs Security Services at the following estates within Lesotho: Sebaboleng; BAPS (Maseru); Mafeteng; Mokhotlong; Qacha’s nek; Quthing; Mohale’s Hoek (BEDCO Commercial Complex); and Mohale’s Hoek (BEDCO Industrial Estate), for the period beginning 1 April 2026 to31st March 2029.

Sealed quotations in a single envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference: BEDCO/001/2026, the Bidder’s name and the name of BEDCO, must be submitted on or before 20th February 2020, at 12:00 Noon, at Sebaboleng, BEDCO, Maseru into a tender box located at the reception area. Opening of the bids will be on the same date at 12:30hrs at BEDCO Conference Hall, Sebaboleng, BEDCO, Maseru.

A detailed tender document is available for collection at a nonrefundable fee of M500.00 payable by cash at BEDCO Accounts office Sebaboleng, Maseru or by EFT: Bank Name: First National Bank, Account Name: The Basotho Enterprise Development Corporation, Account Number: 62483985803, Account Type: Commercial Cheque Account, Branch Name: Pioneer, Branch Code: 280061, Swift Code: FIRNLSMX.  Interested parties Must send proof of payment to request the bid document through the email: securitytender@bedco.org.ls or make physical enquiries at Procurement Offices, BEDCO, Sebaboleng, Maseru from Monday 12th January  2026. Contract will be for a period of Three (3) years. Interested bidders are expected to visit all the sites mentioned below at their own costs before submission of the bids.
