REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: PROVISION OF FUEL FOR BEDCO FLEET

Two Year contract – 1st October 2025 to 31^st September 2027

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) from locally, eligible, and reputable filling stations for provision of fuel for BEDCO’s fleet.

Sealed proposals marked “Provision of fuel for BEDCO`s fleet” must be submitted on or before 22^nd August 2025, at 12:00hrs, at Sebaboleng, Maseru in a tender box located at the reception area. Opening of the tenders will be on the same date at 12:15 hrs at BEDCO Conference Hall, Sebaboleng, Maseru.

Detailed RFP document is available for free, and will be send by email to interested tenderers who will make enquiries from the Procurement Manager at fleetfueltender@bedco.org.ls during working hours (8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm) Monday to Friday.

SEALING AND MARKING OF TENDERS

The proposals should consist of two (2) parts, technical and financial. The technical and financial proposals should be in two separate sealed envelopes, indicating the name of the bidder and address of the bidder to enable the tender to be returned unopened in case it is declared nonresponsive, then sealed in one outer envelope bearing no identification of the bidder, and cleared marked: “Provision of fuel for BEDCO`s fleet”.

Submission must be in five (5) copies, one of which must be the original and clearly marked as above.
