These services consist mainly of mentorship, acceleration, legal services etc. These are support services that are provided to SMEs with high growth potential. Services are delivered through professional business consultants and successful entrepreneurs.

BEDCO encourages and capacitates even more people to see entrepreneurship as their preferred career choice.
Activities carried out under this program include awareness creation, information dissemination and conducting business idea generation sessions.

Business incubation is a programme targeting youth business start-ups who are enrolled in other programme such as Business Plan Competitions and Entrepreneurship Promotion. The Programme is delivered through private incubators. Plans are in place to revamp the current Business Incubation System and make it a Virtual Business Incubation platform. The platform will host various groups such as MSMEs, BDSPs, Mentors etc. The platform will have e-learning capabilities where training materials will be uploaded on the system.

Through access to Finance BEDCO seeks to enable MSMEs access business funding through
traditional financing through the banking sector and supporting small and medium businesses to access non-traditional financing through facilitating of venture capital and equity funding among other models.
BEDCO fosters increased access to international and local markets for MSMEs. Platforms used here include physical and virtual expos, market linkages and suppliers’ development programs and formation of business clusters.
