TENDER NOTICE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT BEDCO ESTATES

Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from locally, reputable and experienced firms to provide 24hrs Security Services at its following estates within Lesotho: Maseru (Sebaboleng); Maseru (Cathedral Area); Qacha’s nek; Mohale’s Hoek – (Bedco Commercial Complex); Mohale’s Hoek ( Bedco Industrial Estate) Hlotse (Leribe) and Teyateyaneng (TY) for the period beginning  1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026. (Only companies with a minimum of Five (5) years practical experience in providing security services are eligible to submit proposals).

Compulsory site visits commence from: 29th January 2024 to 1st February 2024 as follows:

Hlotse and Teyateyaneng: Hlotse on the 29th January 2024 @ 10:00hrs, Teyateyaneng on the 29th  January 2024 @14:30hrs

Maseru (Sebaboleng):30th January 2024 @10:00hrs

Maseru (Former BAPS offices): 30th January 2024 @14:30hrs  

Mohale’s Hoek (CBD):31st January 2024 @ 11:00hrs

Mohale’s Hoek (Industrial): 31st January 2024 @ 12:00hrs

Qacha’s Nek:1st February 2024 @ 12:00hrs

Sealed tender envelopes marked “Provision of Security Services for BEDCO estates” bearing no identification of the tenderer must be submitted on or before 23rd  February 2024, at 12:00hrs, at BEDCO, Sebaboleng, Maseru into a tender box located at the reception area. Opening of the tenders will be on the same date at 12:15 hrs at BEDCO Conference Hall, Sebaboleng,BEDCO, Maseru.

A detailed RFP document is available for a non-refundable fee of M1000.00 at Procurement Office, BEDCO, Sebaboleng, Maseru from Tuesday 23rd  January 2024. A refundable bid security of M30,000.00 from a commercial bank in a form of bid guarantee must accompany the tender document. Interested bidders are expected to attend compulsory sites visits mentioned at their own costs before submission of the bids. Failure to attend and register for ALL site visits will result in disqualification of tender.
