Request for proposals

The Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) is an agency of the Government of Lesotho that was established by an Act of Parliament: BEDCO Act No.9 of 1980 (as amended). The Corporation provides the following services to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs):

·                  Business Development Support Services.

·                  Business Capacitation.

·                  Incubation.

·                  Facilitation of access to Finance.

·                  Facilitation of access to Markets.

·                  Entrepreneurship Promotion.

BEDCO therefore invites proposals from individual consultants or firms well versed in Strategic Management to facilitate development of its new strategic plan for the period 2025/26 to 2029/30. More details on the consultancy are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document which will be available from 1st August 2024 at a non-refundable tender deposit of M3,000.00. The RFP document will then be sent through email to the consultant who paid the required deposit.
