Real Estate:

The main objectives of this division are as follows:

a)  To build estates in strategic areas in Lesotho which will provide shelter to SMME’s throughout the country, who cannot afford to have their own place of work, we assess accommodation needs and provide appropriate shelter.

(b) Accommodation is provided on rental hire at the reasonable rental rates.

Workshops:

This division  serves dual purpose for the Corporation:-

1.   Enterprises Development  Services: 

(a) We assist and counsel the SMME’s in subcontracting in as far as furniture making is concerned,

(b)  We provide a facility of machine hire in timber for Basotho entrepreneurs who cannot afford to buy their own industrial machines,

(c) We give hands on assistance to potential woodwork entrepreneurs.

2.   Income Generation:

(a) We provide a service to the nation in the area of furniture and cabinet      

    making at affordable price,

(b) We produce furniture and coffins of high quality, for sale locally and

     abroad.
